Z. O. E. began as an alternate affordable source for urban sim filler buildings, but has grown to include real builds, urban and otherwise. I have also begun to include special clothing items that I have been unable to find elsewhere, mainly because I'm very picky about textures.
I'm available for custom work and sim design, as well as special seasonal builds, weddings, etc.
