First Street was founded by Patrick Vitali along with his many brothers. When designing a romantic venue for couples to get away from the business side of SL, Patrick decided a romantic 1940's style sim would fit best. The sim is designed to give a very formal and romantic culture to everyone's experience in Second Life.
