Breakers is 4 New England themed residential sims with a community feel. Several of our residents have been with us for a long time. We have weekly events that everyone is welcome to attend (dances, contests, games nights and more). Unfurnished homes are for rent on mainland or islands.
Breakers Peaks is a collection of homes with many beautiful multiscene settings where you can change the view, ground, path, and flowers. Peaks is lower priced because we take care of the landscaping for you. Only thing you need is furniture for the house so you need less prims. Also Peaks is like being in your own little world, so those who like their privacy this is the place for you. You have to see it to appreciate it.
