Are you looking for a house in Second Life but you don't have or don't want to spend a lot of money? Do you want a place on your own or do you prefer to have neighbors? Well, Melody Star's & Karl's Paradise Village is what you need! In fact, this amazing place provides many solutions to suit all pockets, that go hand in hand with high quality and services.

You will land in the rental office, where you will be able to read the simple rules requested to live here, plus many other useful information. Two glass doors will lead you to the open spaces created to embellish the location, available to residents. At one side, a lovely green garden, full of trees, with a beautiful fountain in the middle, statues, benches and a little beach, at the other side a tropical beach, fully furnished with camp fire, tiki bar and a lovely little grotto, with poses for your romantic moments. The landscape is completed by two off sim islands, equipped with small waterfalls and armchairs for your moments of relax.

The facing sunset condos have several floors with teleport, a great view of the ocean and offer two kind of apartments. One is a modern open space, fully furnished, with kitchenette, dining and comfortable sofas and a bedroom for (just!) 40 Lindens/week, while a bigger one, with two bedrooms, is available at just 70 Lindens/week. All the furniture have an incredible variety of smooth animations and you can even change their color to make it more suitable to your tastes. All apartments and houses have fireplaces. In addition, there are a coffee shop, a bar, offering meals to residents and a gaming room.

Behind the complex of buildings there is a small, cute village, with houses and also a cathedral available for weddings. Here you will find two floors houses starting at 30 Lindens/week and beach houses, these ones available at 300 Lindens/week. Here too, the decor is highly refined, with bright and spacious living spaces and, as well as in the apartments for rent, you will get some prims to rez your objects.

There are also lovely skyboxes waiting to be rented, with prices that vary from 100 to 200 lindens/week with the same high level of furnishing and decorations.

The owner Star, creator of almost everything you will see here and her business partner Karl were so nice to answer to some of my questions and I was impressed, in a good way, by this sentence: "We believe that luxury housing should be affordable in SL". They're really following this line, because their apartments and houses are truly beautiful and you will really enjoy to live here. By the way, the talented Star owns a furniture shop "Un-needed Things", placed in Black Pearl.

Definitively Melody Star's & Karl's Paradise Village, existing from the end of 2011, is a great place to visit and where you will surely find the home you have always been dreaming for. The staff is highly courteous and friendly and, as the group header says, you will feel a part of their little family.
